History:

I was terribly enjoying this new dimension of writing blog and that too for my favorite sports Cricket at ReverseSwing after I enjoyed reading many blogs which inspired me to write my own. Initially I was writing it and reading it my self and enjoying like a weired nerdy kid who is satisfied on his own creations from empty food tins in his house basement. But gradually I feel being read by real people (WordPress.com has those Analytics Graphs right into your face on Dashboard) and also my posts started getting comments. More and more people started visiting that ReverseSwing blog more I got inspiration and more my writing improved (a self claim, you are free to challenge that ).

Finally the mad and restless soul (it is very lazy too) inside me was ready to move ahead and after a cooking for couple of months I came up with a complete website idea which really inspired me and I feel like I can do it may at least will be fun for me. I found some really nice and good friend around the world who become not only regular visitors and part of discussion but also inspiration.

Than one day I decided to not left this plan alone like many other I have in my life which I only cooked in my pressure cooker mind. So here we are CricketVibe.com came out of all this fuss. Yea I know I was going to stick to my initial name ReverseSwing but due to some unavoidable reasons like (somebody already got the domain name and wasn’t willing to donate me lolz) and keeping in mind other reasons and future of the site name was changed that too after lot of name suggestions and thinking (read confusion) CricketVibe was the best I cam up with.

Here I would like to thank those guys who helped me selecting the name which includes Wes, Asim Zeeshan, Naveed Qamar, Ali Farhan, Ahsan Shazad, Raza Mehdi and others. Plus special thanks to Asim Zeeshan for his technical support and Wes for her always there for a different point view kinda help.

Now CricketVibe.com is up and live and in its initial state it is just a clone blog of ReverseSwing but you will gradually see major updates which will be time-lined below.

Progress Time Line:

• Apr 9, 2010: Domain name registered and Hosting space purchased. Some ($$$$) gone.
• Apr, 10, 2010: CricketVibe.com got its official Twitter page here and Facebook page here (ah social media). And It it self got an Under construction page with a good green ground image in it
• Apr 12, 2010: Design guy Nasir Shabbir instructed for initial draft of design and I hoped he got it what I want in design of CricketVibe.com even though I am not sure what I want damn.
• Apr 16, 2010: ReversSwing Blog transferred at http://blog.cricketvibe.com in a temporary minimal theme.

More updates will come as it progressed.
